A festival of the senses is being held this summer to give local people a  chance to see what a day centre along the coast offers.
Called Sensation, the event at Barrington Farm, Walcott, on August 1, will  include events for all the senses, including food, farm tours, music, art and  games.
The aim is for a fun family afternoon and evening and to give people the  chance to see what the day centre for adults with learning difficulties offers  to the wider community, including a new sensory room open to the public for  bookings.
Special guests will be “Elvis” (pictured), and North Norfolk MP Norman  Lamb, who will be helping twins Rebekah and Henry Hughes, nine, officially open  the new sensory room. Rebekah suffers with Dravet’s Syndrome while Henry is  able-bodied, Mum Annabel is a trustee of the Barrington Trust, which gives  grants for more people to access the facilities and for workshops and  events.
The event will run from 2-8pm and is free to attend.
