Bure Valley Railway break-in – Police appeal

Officers are appealing for witnesses following the theft of a number of model trains from Bure Valley Railway.

The incident took place sometime between 2am and 2.20am this morning at the Aylsham station in Station Road.

Between such times unknown person/s broke into the premises through a window and stole around 10 boxes of model train sets worth around £2,000 in total.

A silver car is believed to have been seen in the area around the time of the incident and officers are keen to speak to anyone who believes they may have spotted any suspicious behaviour.

They are also keen to hear from anyone who may have been offered any train sets for sale in unusual circumstances.
