Appeal after man attacked by Rottweiler in Aylsham

Police are appealing for witnesses after a 71-year-old man was bitten by a dog in Aylsham.

It follows an incident on Thursday 17 April as the man walked along a footpath on Henry Page Road at about 11am.

The man was bitten by a large black/brown Rottweiler on his arm causing a flesh wound which was treated by paramedics who attended the scene.

The dog walker, a woman, left the scene without giving her details and police are keen to trace her.
