Appeal on Cromer sledge theft

Police are appealing for witnesses to two thefts of sledges that took place in Cromer yesterday (January 21).

The first took place between midday and 2pm outside a property on Reeve Place. Two sledges were taken from outside a property which had been left there while the family had lunch. When they returned they had gone. The second incident took place between 1.45pm and 2pm on Lynewood Road.

The victim saw a vehicle pull up to her neighbour’s house, a male wearing a green coat got out the car, took a red plastic sledge, put it in the car, described as a dark blue or black Seat with a registration of AU56 or DU56, and drove off.
