Archives open to public
Keen local history lovers will be able to explore documents linked to Costessey at the first Archive Day.
The event will give people the opportunity to look through photos and documents related to Costessey as the Town Council opens up its archives.
It’s being held on Wednesday, June 3, from 1pm to 4pm at the Costessey Centre in Longwater Lane.
As well as the chance to look through the historical documents, organisers hope people will step forward and volunteer to help look after its upkeep.
The archive is usually available to view at the Costessey Centre by appointment. Email info@costesseytc.org to book a time.
For further information, contact the council on info@costesseytc.org
