Boxer teams up with sister for Sprowston charity date
Boxer Jon Thaxton is teaming up with his sister Julia to raise money at a charity event in Sprowston.
The former champion will be supporting his sister as she holds an aerobathon to raise money for Breast Cancer Research UK.
The fundraiser will take place on Sunday, January 20, at Tusting Close Scout Hall from 9am – 12pm and will include a boxing master class with Jon. This event is £5 and all money raised will be donated to the cause.
Julia, who teaches fitness classes three times a week at the Scout Hall, said: “We are doing this event to support the charity as we have members that have suffered from cancer in the past.”
