About with Friends volunteer Nicola Lamb is aiming to raise lots of money for the Cromer charity with two events.

On May 24 and 25, she will walk 100km from Richmond Park in London to Brighton, in an event organised by Action Challenge.

You can sponsor Nicola via her Just Giving page ( until the closing date of June 16.

Not content with sore tendons and a blister or three, Nicola and her partner Alan aim to top up the sponsor money with the auction of a signed Norwich City football, being organised through their Facebook page by silent auction.

The football is not a standard pre-signed ball but was purchased by Alan and Nicola and taken to the ground to be signed.

Only Gary Hopper and Wes Hoolahan are missing from the main players but the ball has been signed by Chris Hughton and Delia Smith which makes it quite unusual. It comes in a presentation case.

Closing date for the auction is noon on May 23.

About With Friends is a fun, active and energetic charity offering children, young people and adults with learning disabilities the chance to lead the lives they choose.
