Could you be here for the pier? Cromer Pier is after a new manager following the departure of Ian Hall.

The general manager of Norfolk’s iconic pier is set to move to pastures new after seven years at the helm.

Openwide Coastal, the company which operates the attraction on behalf of North Norfolk District Council is now looking for Ian’s replacement.
During his time at the pier, Ian has seen it change from a summer season visit without even a cup of tea available for up to five months of the winter to becoming an all-year round attraction.
He said: “I am sorry to be leaving Cromer and my biggest regret will be to leave behind the many friends, colleagues and wonderful people that I have met and who from the start made me feel so welcome. The pier is an incredible place to work each day, the location is fabulous and it has been an honour to be involved with the continuing success of the famous end-of-the-pier show Seaside Special.
