Enjoy great ales and raise money for charity
Aylsham Social Club is inviting people to enjoy a range of local ales while raising money for a good cause at its annual beer festival.
The club, based in Hungate Street, will welcome members and non-members to its latest beer festival on October 16, 17 and 18.

As well as the chance to try different beers and socialise, visitors will be entertained by three live music acts during the event.
This year, the festival’s chosen charity is the Aylsham and District Care Trust (ACT) and the social club’s vice-chair Sean Murphy said: “It’s a local charity that does a great job for the community and every penny helps.
“Members like to see where the charity money goes and it certainly helps if it can go to a local charity.”
The festival will feature nine real ales priced at £3.50 a pint, with tokens bought at the main bar.
On the Friday of the beer festival, the club will open from 3pm to midnight and there will be music by Arianne from 8.30pm 11.30pm.
On the Saturday, the opening times will be noon to midnight with music from The Desperados from 8.30pm-11.30pm.
The Sunday opening times will be noon to 10.30pm with music from Shirree from 2pm-5pm.
The food truck Jacked & Toasted will provide food on the Friday (3pm-8pm) and the Saturday (2pm-8pm).
The beer festival will also double as an open weekend where potential members can have a look around. Membership is £15 for the first year and £10 annually after that.
