Half-term fun for youngsters

A line-up for the sports and countryside activities for February half-term has been announced by North Norfolk District Council.
There are five days of sessions at North Walsham sports centre and three days at Cromer sports centre as well as events at Holt Country Park.

From February 15-19, North Walsham will host capture the flag, pirates, dodgeball, trampolining, roller skating, an activity day, a dance day and a football fun day. Trampolining is suitable for five to 12 year olds, other events for seven to 12 year olds. Roller skating is open to all ages.
From February 17-19, Cromer will host playground games, cricket, football, capture the flag, pirates, dodgeball and an activity day. Playground games are suited to four to seven year olds and all other activities are for seven to 12 year olds.

There will be two events held at Holt Country Park over half term. On February 15 a shelter building workshop will run from 10am to noon. On February 17 there’s the chance to hunt for minibeasts, with a 1pm and 2pm session. For both events children must be accompanied by an adult, £2 per child. No booking required.
