Happisburgh comes top in coastal poll

If you’re planning a trip to the coast this summer, head east. According to booking figures from holiday letting agency cottages4you, Happisburgh is the most popular UK destination for this year’s peak summer holiday period.The majority of the top 10 places holidaymakers are flocking to are situated on or near the South West coast, but the Yorkshire town of Whitby, loved by fans of fish and chips and Dracula, also features alongside the ever-popular seaside resorts of Padstow and Newquay.
