Aylsham Refugee Crisis Response will be getting a boost today as young Phaedra has her long hair cut for children like her in Syria.

Mum Cata Parrish said her initial target was £50. “She was worried when I put it up to £100 and we hope she can raise much more than her original target.”

Melissa Ash at Eclipse did the honours on Saturday and Cata is hoping people will continue to donate. “She’s so far raised a few hundred pounds through offline donations too and it would be amazing to see it go even higher.”

She has a Just Giving page at www.justgiving.com/owner-email/pleasesponsor/Phaedracutsherhair

The haircut is just one of the ways people in Aylsham have been helping the refugees.

You can find out more via their Facebook page and see the next Just Aylsham for more.
