Lace your boots for a Mighty Hike
Walkers will once again be pounding the clifftops near Cromer this summer as the Macmillan Mighty Hikes get under way.
The cancer charity’s hiking series is returning to Norfolk in May, raising money for its vital range of support services for people living with cancer.

Mighty Hikes are a series of one-day half and full marathon fundraising hikes in some of the most beautiful parts of the UK.
This year, Cromer is one of 12 locations where you can walk. Others include the Gower Peninsula, the Giant’s Causeway and the South Coast Path.
The North Norfolk hike will be held over the weekend of May 9 and 10.
Last year, 27,900 hikers walked more than 13 million miles and raised a record-breaking £14.5m for the event’s 10th anniversary. Since 2015, it has raised £85m to support people living with cancer.
Lauren McEvoy, of Macmillan Cancer Support, said: “Every penny raised helps us to do more for people living with cancer, and will support our vital work to make cancer care fairer so that everyone, no matter who they are or where they live, can get the best possible care that the UK has to offer.”
Until the end of February, hikers can get 25pc off the individual entry fee or 50pc off for a team of five. Use the code NEWYEAR25 at mightyhikes.macmillan.org.uk/choose-a-hike
