An angry driver hurled abuse at a woman motorist, grabbed her arm and spat at her.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the road rage incident on Colman Road, Norwich.
It happened at around 11am on Saturday August 19, when a silver Renault Megane braked sharply in front of the victim, a woman in her 20s who was driving a blue Vauxhall Astra.
The male driver of the Renault got out and approached the victim, shouting verbal abuse, before grabbing her arm through the window and spitting in her face.
PC Alistair Tassie, from Earlham Police Station, said: “The road was busy with traffic at the time of the incident so I would be keen to hear from anyone travelling in the area who has a dash-cam which may have captured the incident.”
Witnesses should contact PC Tassie on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
