Still time to take part in Town Read
Aylsham Town Read is returning for the fifth time and people are being invited to take part and turn the town into one big book group.
The Book Hive team are once again partnering with Aylsham Library to stage the event, which will see a Town Read discussion take place on Wednesday April 15 at the Friendship Hall, on Mill Road (7pm doors for a 7.30 start).

GOOD TO READ: The Hiding Game by Naomi Wood will be discussed at the next Town Read.
The chosen book is The Hiding Game by Naomi Wood, who will be present at the discussion to talk about the novel, answer questions, and sign copies of the book.
Set in 1920s Germany, the book follows Paul, Charlotte and Walter who meet at the Bauhaus art school. The trio form a close-knit group, but when Walter is betrayed, he makes a terrible mistake – a secret he will keep from Paul and Charlotte for as long as he can. As political tensions escalate and the Nazis gain power, Walter’s secret – hidden in notebooks, paintings, and blueprints – ultimately threatens the very lives of his friends, with devastating consequences.
Copies of The Hiding Game are available to buy at Aylsham Book Hive at a reduced price of £8 or can be borrowed from Aylsham Library free of charge.
Booking for the Town Read discussion is essential. Tickets are available from the events page of the Book Hive website – www.thebookhive.co.uk – or from the shop.
