Warm welcome for Pastor Thiago
Members of Costessey Baptist Church have welcomed a new Pastor.
Thiago Vajas Simoes has taken the helm at the Costessey chapel in The Street, having served for two and a half years as Minister in Training at Dereham Baptist Church.

Joined by his wife Talita and son Noah, 14, the family are busy settling in and looking forward to their induction service in August.
“Life is great so far in Costessey,” said Pastor Thiago.
“My wife and I were both warmly welcomed at our new community and church. We are very grateful to all and especially to God!”
Services are held at Costessey Baptist Church every Sunday at 10.45am, with a café church on the first Wednesday of the month from 10am to midday. On the last Friday of the month there is a Bible study in the church from 10.30am to 11.30am. Everyone is welcome.
“Come as you are. Jesus loves you,” added Pastor Thiago.
The induction service will be held on August 22 at 2pm, at Ormiston Victory Academy.
